We've Won!

We're pleased to announce our Hurlstone Park office has just been awarded Agency of the Year, with Aris Dendrinos also crowned Hurlstone Park's Agent of the Year at this year's RateMyAgent Agent Awards. 

We also successfully took home the Agency of the Year Award for Canterbury. 
 

Receiving the award remains a privilege for Aris who has been working in the real estate industry from an early age. 
 

"It’s very humbling. My main focus is to help people and enjoy the results of doing so. Being recognised with an award is an unexpected added bonus," he said. 
 

"We are invested in absolutely everything about the area. We want the area to flourish and grow and improve even further on what is already a fabulous place to live." 

He credits his success and win to his dedicated team and expert knowledge of the area. 

"I think we won because we have a unique understanding of the area and why its existing residents love it and how we can illustrate this to the many new prospective buyers considering it," he said. 

"We have longevity and intimate knowledge of a very boutique suburb most other local agents simply don’t spend enough time in to understand. Our family origins and second generation leadership over the past fifty years simply compliments this further exhibited in the many long term employees we currently have on staff."
